Towering Wedding Croquembouche

Over 1.5 meters high this is one of our tallest Wedding Cake Designs

 

This towering croquembouche was made with over 1000 freshly baked and filled choux buns and is one of our more spectacular Wedding Cake Designs.

 

It was decorated with handcrafted giant roses in shades of pale peach, pale pink and ivory, together with sprays of lily-of-the-valley.

 

A stunning centerpiece for a large reception venue, this croquembouche was delivered and set up at Glamis Castle by the Rainbow Sugarcraft Team.
