Shop Delivery

Rainbow Sugarcraft only supply the United Kingdom.

However, where you live will affect how quickly you receive your goods and how much it may cost. To make our shipping policy clearer we have various areas listed on the Shopping CART, which should apply the correct shipping charge for the weight and cost of your purchases.

Delivery

We endeavour to despatch stock items within 48 hours of ordering (except on weekends and bank holidays.) Delivery of products ordered which are not in stock will normally be made within seven working days within the U.K

Engraved items may take14 days from date of order for U.K. delivery.

It is always helpful to know when items are required by.  This information can be included in the Special Instructions section at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil your requirements in time we will either phone or email you to advise.

UK shipping covers all of the UK Mainland. The CART will automatically calculate the cost of shipping. However we ship your goods, someone should be available to sign for receipt of the goods at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm. Work address should be used for delivery if in doubt.The Company will use its best endeavours to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but time of delivery will not be capable of being made of the essence of the contract as actual delivery to the Customer will be by independent carrier and outside the direct control of the Company.

We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to an incorrect postcode or address details being submitted with the order, or in instances where there is no contact number provided, or we cannot contact you on the number provided.  In such circumstances no refunds can be offered in the event on non-delivery.

No liabilty will be accepted for failure of goods to arrive due to mis-directed parcels or problems with access to delivery address. Rainbow Sugarcraft accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by failure of goods to arrive. Any damaged goods received should be indicated when signed for, if in doubt sign UNCHECKED. Always ensure you have the number of packages you sign for.
