Ideal for lining baking trays to prevent biscuits and meringues sticking.

Wafer paper sheets may be overlapped if a large area needs to be covered.

Wafer paper can also be coloured and cut out to make decorative shapes.

Whilst being completely edible, this traditional product does not influence the flavour of the items baked.

Ideal for making feather wedding cakes as shown below!
