Super Fine Superior Grade Gum Arabic
Gum Arabic is an edible powder form of a natural gum. We use this to make edible glues, as a thickner and also as a glaze.
Gum Arabic can be added to sugarpaste to make a flexible modelling paste or mixed with water to create edible glue or glaze.
For making the glue, add 1 part gum arabic to 2 parts warm boiled water and stir well. Store in an airtight container.
