For marzipan, Icing and Cookies
These neatly designed spacers have two sides, lay them one way and they are 6mm think and the other way they are 4mm. Use them when rolling out marzipan or sugarpaste to get exactly the same thickness. They are also useful when rolling out cookie dough, especially to help children get an even depth.
