Rainbow Sugarcraft supply the United Kingdom, Europe, America, Canada and many other countries. However, where you live will affect how quickly you receive your goods and how much it may cost. To make our shipping policy clearer we have U.K. Mainland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles and I.O.M, Northern Ireland, Eire & Europe, Channel Isles, U.S.A. etc. shipping on the Shopping CART, which should apply the correct shipping charge for the weight and cost of your purchases. However, in the case of overseas orders some large or heavy items may be more expensive than indicated in the shopping cart. Should this be the case we will email you on receipt of your order and confirm the correct carriage charge to see if you still wish us to process your order. Please note no monies will be taken from your account until we have your approval to proceed.

UK shipping covers all of the UK Mainland. The CART will automatically calculate the cost of shipping. However we ship your goods, someone should be available to sign for receipt of the goods at the delivery address between 9am and 5pm. Work address should be used for delivery if in doubt.
During any postal strike periods in the U.K. we aim to ship all items via courier guaranteed delivery which will not be affected by postal strikes.
EUROPE and Parcelforce Standard
EUROPE shipping covers Europe. The CART will automatically calculate the cost of shipping. However, the CART does not always correctly calculate the shipping costs of some large or heavy items to destinations outside the U.K. When this happens we will email you and advise you of the correct shipping costs. You can then decide whether or not you wish to proceed. When the shipping is incorrect and we need to contact you no monies will be deducted from your credit card until you have instructed us that you wish to proceed.
We are unable to send some perishable and fragile goods abroad and will advise you on any changes before processing your order.

Delivery of products ordered from stock will normally be made within seven working days within with U.K. Engraved items normally take14 days from date of order for U.K. delivery. Carriage costs will be charged at cost as indicated on the order.
The Company will use its best endeavours to ensure timely delivery of all orders, but time of delivery will not be capable of being made of the essence of the contract as actual delivery to the Customer will be by independent carrier and outside the direct control of the Company.
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to an incorrect postcode or address details being submitted with the order, or in instances where there is no contact number provided, or we cannot contact you on the number provided. In such circumstances no refunds can be offered in the event on non-delivery.
No liabilty will be accepted for failure of goods to arrive due to mis-directed parcels or problems with access to delivery address. Rainbow Sugarcraft accepts no responsibility for losses incurred by failure of goods to arrive. Any damaged goods received should be indicated when signed for, if in doubt sign UNCHECKED. Always ensure you have the number of packages you sign for.
