An ideal cake for a smaller Wedding Celebration this was the signature cake we designed for Smiths Hotel when it first opened as a Wedding Venue in Gretna.
This single tier design is simply finished with a spray of handcrafted sugar thistles and bear grass and trimmed with the Tartan of your choice.
This cake is suitable to serve 25 guests if you opt for a fruit cake and half that number if you prefer sponge, as sponge cake is traditionally served in larger sized slices.
