After several years of trialing products we have found Regalice to be the most superior sugarpaste for covering, as it gives a beautiful flawless finish. It can be used to cover any cake style as well as to make simple decorations and models. This ready to roll icing is very easy to use, giving your cakes that professional looking finish with the minimum of effort.

Other ready mixed colours are available but we prefer to add a little paste colouring to white Regalice to create a myriad of colours from the palest pastels to deep shades and fabulous marble effects.

Usage Instructions: Work with Regalice at a room temperature of 21C (70F.) Knead Regalice before rolling out, using icing sugar for dusting - never use flour. Regalice may be polished after coating by rubbing with the palm of the hand.
Storage: Cool ambient, dry conditions away from heat sources and odorous materials. Once opened keep unused Regalice in a sealed poly bag to prevent crusting.
