These heavy duty tins are designed for commercial bakers so perfect results can be achieved every time. Simply stand the cake frame on a baking sheet and line with parchment. When the cake is cooked the tin slips easily off the cake.
Each tin measures 254mms (10 inches) x 230cms (7 inches) and is 57mm (2.25 inches) deep.
When mixing the tins take approximately the same amount as a 9 inch round cake tin.
