This 'white' marzipan ia high-quality and is made from premium almonds and sugar to have a terrific taste. We have found it to be an ideal cake covering which gives a smooth, crack-free finish.
Apart from cake covering the marzipan can also be used for modelling. It can be coloured with paste colours, dusted with edible dusts or painted.
