Luxury Chocolate Paste

This luxury Chocolate Paste is made with 28% Belgian Chocolate and is available in white and chocolate, packed in a convenient 2.5kg re-sealable bag for freshness. A 2.5 kg pack is enough for a three tier cake.

As the paste is made using Belgian chocolate it is naturally quite firm to begin with, but with a little warming by leaving in a warm room or gently heating in the microwave, it will soon become soft enough to knead prior to use and can then be used in the same way as standard sugarpaste.
