Please click on the category you are interested in on the left, this will then open up a page of products in the category. Click on the products to see more information and choose to buy. After opening a category, you might have to scroll down the window to see the items in that category.
We have tried to organise products into sensible categories, but if you are having trouble finding a particular product try the search facility, either for a brand name or product type, if it's in the shop, search will tell you.
You can use the shop to purchase goods on-line. On each product you would like to order click 'ADD TO CART', then when you have finished shopping click 'View Basket/Checkout' where you will view a list of all the products you have ordered. Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping zone and update if you have changed these details. At this point that you can then proceed to Checkout, where you will enter your personal details and select a payment method.
If you wish to add products to the shopping cart you must have cookies enabled (in Internet Explorer click TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the PRIVACY tab and set it to MEDIUM. If you wish to keep you privacy setting use the option to just allow cookies from www.rainbowsugarcraft.co.uk). We do not store information about you in cookies, but your shopping cart is stored in them which means if you loose your session or close the browser, when you return to the shop your cart will still have the products you selected in it.
Your browser limits the number of cookies that can be stored on your computer from one domain, which means our cart can only hold 17 different products per order, if you exceed this amount you will be asked to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase more products then proceed through payment with your first 17 products then return to cart and remove the current product list. order the next batch and then in the payment section choose call me back and enter enough information for us to link the two orders.
While selecting products you can see the products you have already chosen in the Cart, and either remove any you do not require or increase/decrease the number of each product you require.
