As an example an expertly cut 3 tier 6", 9" and 12" round fruit cake will be sufficient for approximately 200 people.   If you choose to have sponges instead then it is sufficient for 100 guests (unless it's a rich Belgian chocolate cake, in which case you can never have enough!)   Boxes can be purchased to send slices to absent friends, family, etc.

PRICE GUIDE
Please bear in mind these prices are merely a guide depending upon the complexity of design chosen and are based upon round shapes.  Cake designs in the more flamboyant floral range, or detailed models, involve a great deal of work and are individually priced accordingly. We are always happy to give a quote without obligation, or help you design a cake to suit your budget.   A non refundable deposit of £100 is required on booking to secure your date in our schedule, the balance being payable two weeks before the event.   

Prices include:-
A choice of cakes, for example Rich Brandied Fruit Cake, Pineapple and Walnut Fruit Cake, Double Lemon Cake with a delicious home made Lemon Cheese Filling, Italian Cream Cake, American Carrot Cake, Citron Lemon Vodka Cake, Rich Dark Chocolate Cake, Ginger Pecan Cake; in fact any flavour or combination of flavours you wish.   We also make dairy free and gluten free cakes.  Also included are white almond paste (where required), fondant icing, boards, ribbon trim, decoration as agreed and local delivery.

Novelty Cakes:-  As a guide a specially designed Novelty Wedding Cake would start from £195.00 and range upwards, depending upon size, theme and level of detail decoration requested.

We also supply cutting cakes, which can be served at the Wedding Breakfast leaving the main cake as a focal point until the evening reception.  These cakes are covered in white almond paste and icing to match the main cake.

Croquembouche:- Freshly baked on the morning of your wedding.
Prices start from £3.50 per portion.

Please note we make REAL croquembouche - so the cake on show at your Wedding is the cake served to your guests - no dummies!

Delivery:- Local delivery is included in our prices.   We now also offer a personal nationwide delivery service by our experienced courier who will also be able to show you how to assemble and display your Wedding Cake to best advantage.  A full delivery and setting up service can also be arranged.  We regularly deliver to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dumfries, Gretna, Renfrewshire, Stirling, Newcastle and Cumbria.
