Our First Ever Croquembouche!

Made with over 500 freshly baked choux buns this Croquembouche was created for Sandrine and Chris and decorated with deep orange roses to match the Wedding bouquet.   It was the very first we ever made - closely following instructions and recipes provided by our friend Lauren, a very talented French pattiserie chef.

 Sandrine wrote and thanked us - it was just as she wished.

We must thank Warner Bros. for allowing us to reproduce a sugarcrafted Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck as the happy bridal couple.  This sweet pair now live happily ever after on a bookshelf in the Scottish Borders.
