Flame of Love! Dark Belgian Chocolate Cake, generously layered with dark chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis and finished with hand-made chocolate shards.
We sometimes struggle to think up
names for new cake ideas and were stuck with thistle or
pineapple for this creation until the cake was delivered to the
venue. Here a rather handsome gentleman, with a wonderful foreign
accent, swept down the stairs and declared "Ah, The Flame of Love!" |
