Cherry Mousse Tree

Belgian Milk Chocolate Cups filled with freshly prepared creamy dark mousse and liquored cherries.   Fresh flowers decorate the stand with chocolate dipped and sugar coated cherries to accompany this Wedding Breakfast Dessert.    

Smells great - tastes wonderful! 

I just want to say a "HUGE" thank you to you and David for our fantastic wedding cake.  It looked spectacular and was the talking point of the Wedding.  The finishing touch was when the Chef came out and served it himself - with crème a drizzle of anglais!  People are still raving about it now!
