Gleneagles Four tiers of chocolate cake, filled with rich chocolate ganache. If you prefer less intense chocolate flavours you may choose a cocoa buttercream filling. The cake is smothered in hand-made chocolate roses and fabric effect drapes. As this was a Winter Wedding we made a cake stand with lights and eye-catching crystals to match the bride's sparkly theme.
