Daisy & Jock Alison was struggling to think what to have on the Wedding cakes that reflected the fact she was from Jersey and the groom from Scotland. Then she had a 'brain-wave' and came up with the idea of adding a bit of fun in the shape of novelty sugarcraft cows. Lilac was the theme so we made sugar Jersey lilies and dusted these with edible lilac dusts. Celtic knotwork decorated the cake sides.
