"Just to say that that bride and groom, but particularly the bride, were thrilled with their wedding cake yesterday, so thank you very much.  I went into the Dalwolsey Lounge just to check all was set up for them - I always do that.  When I went back up to the bride I said your cake is here and it looks lovely.  She showed me a sketch and said "does it look like that?" I told her it did and I thought she would be really pleased with it.  However, when she went into the room after the ceremony and saw it for real she was just taken away as it was exactly what she wanted........
