St. Mary's
Entirely edible St. Mary's Church
Wedding Cake included the Norman tower, stained glass windows,
gargoyles, water spouts and gardens of this beautiful church in the
Lunesdale Valley. The cake was over two feet long and as
detailed as possible including 10,200 hand painted tiles on the roof.

Above is a similar design - though less detailed as this is a freshly prepared Belgian Chocolate Wedding Cake, sandwiched with chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis. The windows, tower and porch were all made in advance and the cake assembled the day (and night) before the Wedding, which involved a lot of teamwork and strong black coffee! |
