Talented musicians Julia and Neil wanted a Wedding cake to reflect their lifestyle for their Christmas Wedding.  The edible sheet music is a copy of their favourite piece; the hollow violin and strung bow entirely made of sugar.

The melody was reproduced on the cake sides; the corners decorated with hand made Christmas Roses, Holly and Ivy.
