Sid Salmon

Not to everybody's taste but Victoria and Charles are both keen anglers and asked us to make a two foot long 'live' Salmon for their Wedding.
The cake was rich moist chocolate and Sid's head is now mounted on an Oxfordshire study wall.  So don't afraid to ask for something unusual - you can't shock us!
