We're often asked to make venues
as Wedding Cakes; they are a great talking point at any Wedding.
This particular cake was made with rich Belgian chocolate, though any flavours are possible.

I would just like to Thank you for creating the perfect cake for my best
friend's Wedding on Saturday. The bride and groom really loved it
and everyone was very complimentary. Not only did it look great -
it tasted even better. Mr. & Mrs. Hay, who own Duns Castle, said
it was the best replica cake they have ever seen and were delighted with
the accuracy and detailing that went into its design. |
