This cake was designed for a Winter Wedding in Dublin, warmth being created with richly shaded roses and bright hypericum berries against a background of dark ivy, honeysuckle foliage and delicate sprigs of rosemary.  Bells of Ireland flowers added to the Irish theme, as did a lucky Leprechaun who hides at the back of the cake.
