David is the Master Engineer in the Cake Decorating Team. He is capable of building cakes on an epic, occasionally terrifying scale.
David is responsible for the structural aspects of our largest cake designs and as such he gets to deliver and set-up anything over five feet high.
David's favourite cake is rich Belgian Chocolate Cake moistened with raspberry coulis and filled with Dark Belgian Chocolate Ganache made with 70% cocoa solids. |
