What can I say? We ordered a croquembouche for our wedding in November. The weekend that was snow!

The wonderful people of Rainbow Sugarcraft travelled 140 miles through blizzards to deliver. Now that is service!

Best of all the croquembouche was fabulous. Every guest thought it was the highlight of the food we served. Everyone wanted more! The choux was light and the crème patisserie was phenomenal.
