Leanne A cake embellished with sugarcraft pieces of music, poetry and declaration of everlasting love. The top tier was decorated with a sugarcraft open book and flowers, which made a wonderful Wedding keepsake. As with the Lord of the Rings cake we included some Elvish scripts and gave the whole cake an antique parchment look with edible dusts. |

' Re; 2nd. November 2005 ~ Comlongon Castle, Dumfries, Scotland Thank you for my lovely Wedding Cake. The sponge kept for nearly three weeks by the time everyone had received their share. I still have some rich fruit cake which I intend to use at Christmas. Everyone was amazed by your creation and I Thank You for helping to make my Wedding day an even more special occasion.
