Wedding Cheeses
Our idea of one of the most perfect Wedding desserts!  A range of the finest local cheeses which can be served along with a bottom tier of traditional cake.  

For this particular cheese Wedding cake we supplied a top tier of well-matured crumbly Ayrshire goat's cheese from Dunlop Dairy and a  second tier of creamy soft Brie type cheese.   The third tier is Dunsyre Blue, a creamy, sharp, award-winning cow's milk cheese, produced on the edge of the Pentland Hills.

The cheese and cake are trimmed with Pride of Scotland tartan ribbon and can be decorated by our own staff at the venue to make a stunning display.
