Darren & Stephanie Day

The Team at Rainbow Sugarcraft were sworn to absolute secrecy when asked by the Chief Bridesmaid to make the Celebrity Wedding Cake for West End Star and T. V. presenter Darren Day and the girl of his dreams, actress Stephanie Dooley. The wedding took place in the romantic setting of Comlongon Castle in Dumfries on the most glorious sunny day, where security met one of our 'Rainbow Mobiles' and ushered David down the drive to deliver the couple's Wedding Cake.

They had chosen a chic, ivory covered, three tier design with a tilting love heart as the top tier. The cake was decorated with hand-made sugarcraft calla lilies and black feathers, which complimented the wedding flowers to perfection. The cake was set up in the Castle's Drawing Room, sunlight pooling through the French Windows, and everyone was delighted with the cake's clean, simple lines and stunning flowers.
