Diamante Drape The cake is finished with an edible lustre dust, which gives it the appearance of silk. A taffeta effect icing drape cascades down the sides, where sparkling diamantes nestle amongst hand-crafted sugar roses, finished with pearlised lustre. This cake can be made in Sparkling White, Rich Champagne, or indeed any colour to match your theme.
