Classic Champagne coloured tiers decorated with huge sugar roses in delicate ivory shades.

This size of cake serves up to eighty Wedding guests if you opt to have all sponge tiers,  but it can easily be adapted to serve more or less, as required.   Any combination of sponge cakes can be included and you can have three different flavours, if you wish.   If you opt for fruit cake tiers then this cake will serve almost twice as many Wedding guests.
