Classic Wedding Cakes are based upon traditional Wedding Cake designs
which date back to the18th century. These were grand affairs of
many heavily fruited layers, decorated with royal icing, columns,
flowers and doves.
The examples here
show a softer, less formal style; though any combination of colour,
theme, pillars or decoration can be used.

impressive creation without having more cake than you can eat.
