An English Rose & a Scottish Thistle Jackie had very firm ideas on how she wanted her Wedding Cake to look and together we devised a classic pillared cake, with ribbon insertion of Flower of Scotland tartan on each tier. English sugarcraft roses and Scottish thistles represent the union of a couple from either side of the Border.
