Elegant four tiers of rich brandied fruit cake decorated with four large sprays of sugarcraft deep red rose and variegated ivy leaves.   The cakes were in a pale champagne colour and lightly dusted with an edible sparkle to give a sophisticated sheen.

A sugarcraft version of Lorna's pet retriever hides behind the flowers at the bottom right hand corner.  He has a lovely pale golden coat so was a fairly discreet addition to a rather chic cake!
