White Chocolate Mousse

Five tier White Belgian Chocolate
Tree consisting of 170 individual chocolate and raspberry mousses on a
chocolate coated stand. The mousses were served as dessert
accompanied with fresh raspberry coulis and Chocolate dipped Scottish
Strawberries. Stems of Edinburgh decorated the stand with exotic
bamboos, orchids and mini ananas. This cake also makes a stunning
statement with dark or milk chocolate cups filled with liquor soaked
mandarins and can be adapted to make dessert for any numbers of Wedding
guests. |
