Brigitte and Alastiar cut their Croquembouche
French Croquembouche with Fresh Flowers

Traditional french Croquembouche made with bite sized choux buns, which are  filled with a delicious French Creme Patisserie.   The choux buns are freshly baked on the morning of the Wedding before being assembled into a tall tower with caramelised sugar.

 

"Just wanted to say thanks once again for doing such a wonderful job with our wedding cake. I would especially like to thank you for agreeing to deliver it to Beamish Hall. I am still amazed how it survived the journey all the way to County Durham. 

 

You exceeded all my expectations and the cake was certainly the fascination of many of our guests."
